To become grounded is to understand that you are fully, completely, energetically of this earth. You are a being as any being, yet you exist in blood, flesh, as earth body on earth planet. This limits you. This frees you. Begin to understand where your soul resides in this lifetime, and to understand what you will experience in this lifetime: love, fear, anger, compassion, all range of emotions, all swelling as the human heart. Within your heart you may hold the whole world. Tenderness, compassion, love—these are your tools.—The Messages.
